This is the church Birth and Baptismal Certificate, not the Civil birth certificate that we've already seen.
On the civil birth certificate she is listed with name as Anne, not Anna.
Next questions: 1) why isn't her mother Anne Meehan McBride listed? and 2) is sponsor Mary Meehan Anne's sister?
